Are you desperate to lose weight quickly?
The only real way to lose weight and keep it off is by treating your body right. If you do not eat enough your body will think you are starving and actually store more fat on your body in case your starve again in the future. It does this to keep you alive long in case you really are starving (in your case dieting.)

- Do light weight lifting even if you are a girl. Its a fact that the more muscle you have on your body the more fat you will burn. So think about it, just get a little muscle and you will burn fat when your doing nothing!
- Do not be too desperate to lose weight quickly, as this will only lead to more weight gain in the future. If you lose weight too quickly you will gain it back just as quick. Just up your exercise and eat smaller meals, sounds simple right? Well yea its a little more complicated than that, but you get the drift.
