Moissanite Diamond Rings

Moissanite engagement rings are becoming popular as an alternative to traditional diamond rings.

Let us face the fact that an engagement ring is one of the most important purchases that you will ever make in your lifetime. The hefty piece in buying that engagement ring will be justifiable as it will set the tone for your marriage.

But the usual diamond engagement rings are quite boring and a stronger alternative in the form of moissanite diamond ring is emerging and heavily marketed nowadays.

Even though it is heavily marketed, there is still some confusion about moissanite diamond engagement rings. Actually, moissanite is a great option even with such a misconception.

It was first discovered by Dr. Henri Moissan in 1893 and was erroneously called the fake diamond. It wasnt until 1995 that jewelers fully accepted and turned it into engagement rings.

Even though it was called a fake diamond, moissanite diamond rings are not inferior in terms of quality. Moissanite is a simulated diamond.

But it has even better qualities than diamonds and the most durable and the best in terms of quality compared to other simulated diamond.

Simulated diamonds are materials that look like diamonds but are made of different material.

The only drawback of moissanite gem is that it shows a yellowish, grayish, or greenish tint. This is the only obvious distinction between moissanite and the original diamonds.

Because moissanite refracts shades of yellow, gray, or green, I always suggest looking at more than just one stone. Compare the gems and get the least colored moissanite.

The advantage with moissanite is that there are no natural flaws found on diamonds. These simulated crystals are cultivated under laboratory conditions, thus the absence of imperfections. Furthermore, its hexagonal structure reflects more light making it more brilliant than diamonds.

Natural diamonds have an isometric structure. Moissanite is indeed an excellent choice for your engagement ring. The stone is high quality, sparkles well and looks great on your lady.

Even with the slightly off-color distraction, it remains beautiful and comparable to diamonds. It is recommended to ask your jeweler to have as many stones choices as much as possible.

Pick the whitest or the most color-free stone from your choices.

Moissanite is less expensive but is not still cheap. With almost the same qualities of the traditional diamond, choosing a moissanite diamond rings for your engagement ring can truly offer a lifetime of sparkle.

Delicious ant sauce?

Fried insects are considered delicacies in many cultures, but ant sauce? That’s something new.

During the April-June season, thousands of Colombian farmers collect giant ants, named ulonas, cook them and sell them as a traditional exotic dish. The ants are roasted in big bowls, bagged and shipped to stores around the country.

Some people eat the roasted ants, known as Culonas, as snacks, while others use them to make a special sauce that goes great with potato chips. To me, this looks almost as “tasty” as the Chinese fried insects menu.

My mom said "don't eat ants, later you will be forgetful"

Happiness - 10 Paths to Self Discovery

Ten Steps to Loving Yourself

Louise Hay's famous book, 'You Can Heal Your Life' has helped countless people on the path to self discovery, and ultimately loving themselves.
We humans are abundant in the excuses that we manufacture as to why we are unable to love ourselves.

This underlying core belief of not being worthy stops us from reaching the very thing we say we so desperately want. It doesn't have to be that way! You have a choice, and if you follow Louise's ten steps , you will reach the destination you have been yearning for all your life.
Remember, the secret is loving yourself , so here goes are you willing to change? If you are, here is what you do.

1. Put an end to all criticism —— it never achieves or changes anything. Acceptance of yourself is key, when you approve of yourself, positive changes will come in to your life.

2. Stop thinking scary thoughts —— If you find yourself doing that, change it to a mental image that brings you pleasure. Maybe thinking of your dog, a flower, food whatever brings you peace.

3. Be gentle , kind and patient —— Treat yourself as you would your best friend, in fact be your best friend! Be gentle with yourself, be kind to yourself, and be patient with yourself as you learn to change your thinking.

4. Be kind to your mind —— Gently change your thoughts, let go of the self hatred you are expressing with your thoughts. Don't judge or hate yourself for having those thoughts, quietly and gently change them.

5. Praise yourself —— Pat yourself on the back, criticism can only break your inner spirit. Praise will build it up, so praise yourself as much as you can.

6. Be supportive —— You support friends in need, do the same for yourself. If you need help ask for it, that is a sign of true strength. Allowing others to help you is self nurturing.

7. Love the negatives in your life —— Own it, acknowledge that you bought them into your life to fulfill a need. Thank them for the lessons they have bought, lovingly release them, and make room for the positive ones you are creating today.

8. Love and take care of your body —— Ensure that you look after your body, as well as you look after your car! So many of us would not miss the cars service, or think of putting the wrong fuel or oil into the engine, but don't give a second thought to what we fuel our bodies with. Cherish your body, and it will serve you well.

9. Look into the mirror —— Really look into your eyes often, and express the love you feel for yourself, say it out loud. I love you, I really love you!

10. Do it now —— Don't wait until the 'right' time to start loving yourself. The right time is now, not when you lose ten pounds, get a new job, or find a new partner. The time to start is now, all you need to do is the best you can.

I wonder how many ' I can't do that's ran through your head when reading this article? My reply to that is, if you think you can't, then you are right. Alternatively, if you think you can, then you are also right. They are thoughts, and thoughts can be changed. If your thoughts have not given you the life you want, then I lovingly suggest that you start loving yourself now.

“Never postpone joy! Enjoy each second, so every moment becomes, the golden moment of your life!"

Is Your Cell Phone Putting You at Risk?

Source : MSN.com

When Vini Khurana, PhD, an Australian (and Mayo Clinic–trained) neurosurgeon, announced that the link between cell-phone use and cancer was irrefutable- -the result of his analysis of more than 100 studies--it set off alarm bells around the world. Use a cell phone, he said, and you increase your risk of developing a malignant brain tumor by two to four times. Until recently, the majority of research indicated little or no link between cell phones and cancer (the World Health Organization and the American Cancer Society maintain that cell phones pose no threat), but several new long-term studies have cast doubt about their safety. Given that cell phones and PDAs serve as lifelines for so many people--24 percent of 10- and 11-year-olds carry them--it raises urgent questions. To find out what precautions you should take when using your cell phone, we dialed the nation's leading experts.

Do cell phones cause cancer?

Maybe…with extended use. Mobile-phone users are twice as likely to develop malignant, difficult-to- treat brain tumors called gilomas, according to a first-of-its- kind study that analyzed the effects of cell-phone use over 10 years or more and was published last year in the journal Occupational Environmental Medicine. The Bioinitiative Working Group, an international coalition of scientists and public-health experts, recently published a hefty report detailing the link between the nonionizing radiation caused by a cell phone's electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and cancer, DNA damage, Alzheimer's, and other diseases. "The cells in the body react to EMFs in cell phones just like they do to other environmental toxins, including heavy metals and chemicals," says Martin Blank, PhD, a professor in bioelectromagnetics at Columbia University and one of the report's authors. The study found that risk from cell-phone use starts at 260 lifetime hours.

Do cell phones emit radiation only when you are talking?

No. "Cell phones give off radiation any time they're turned on so that they can communicate with base stations," says Lou Bloomfield, PhD, professor of physics at the University of Virginia and author of How Everything Works: Making Physics Out of the Ordinary. "The radiation emitted, however, is stronger and more frequent when you're talking or messaging." Also, the greater distance you are from a base station, the more radiation your phone must emit in order to get a signal, which is why your phone feels hot when you have low reception. That heat you feel is radiation. The Bioinitiative study found that adverse effects to DNA can also occur before the phone heats up. To reduce your exposure, make calls only when you have strong reception, hang up before your phone heats up, and store your phone away from your body when it's not in use.

What is a phone's SAR value and why does it matter?

SAR stands for specific absorption rate, and it refers to the rate of radiation exposure from radio frequency and microwaves measured in watts per kilogram of tissue, says Bloomfield. The FCC limit on any cell phone sold in this country is 1.6 watts per kilogram. To find the SAR value for your phone, go to fcc.gov/cgb/ sar/. At press time, the phone with the lowest radiation was the LG KG800, at 0.135 w/kg. The highest: Motorola V195s, at 1.6 w/kg. The Apple iPhone is in the middle, at 0.974 w/kg.

What is the range of the radiation?

Exposure to radiation from your cell phone drops off slowly for the first three to four inches from your body, and then it falls dramatically, says Bloomfield. To reduce your exposure, invest in a hands-free headset and limit the amount of time you spend talking on the phone. Khurana recommends using the speaker mode and holding the phone about eight inches away from you. Also, limit your use of Bluetooth devices. While it's true that they emit the least amount of radiation (one study found they can operate as low as 0.001 watts per kilogram), even that can add up fast.

Is it risky to carry a cell phone in your pants pocket?

Maybe. One 2006 study found no link to testicular cancer, but other researchers suspect a link to male infertility. Ashok Agarwal, PhD, director of the Center for Reproductive Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic, recently completed a study in which cell phones were set down for one hour in talk mode, next to sperm samples in test tubes. He found that the sperm's motility and viability were significantly reduced, and levels of harmful free radicals increased after exposure. Agarwal suggests storing the phone in your jacket pocket to reduce exposure to cell-phone radiation. Pregnant women need to take precautions too, because a recent study found that cell-phone use while pregnant is linked to behavioral problems in children.

Are kids more at risk?

"Yes, since children's nervous systems are still developing, and they have thinner scalps and skulls than adults, they should use cell phones only in emergencies, " says Gene Barnett, MD, professor and director of the Brain Tumor and Neuro-Oncology Center at the Cleveland Clinic. The association between childhood leukemia and exposure to EMFs like those from cell phones has led the International Agency for Research on Cancer to classify them as a "possible human carcinogen." The medical establishments in Germany, France, and the United Kingdom all recommend severe restrictions on children's cell-phone use, with some experts going so far as to say that children under 16 shouldn't use cell phones at all. Make sure your kids opt for landlines when they're at home, and if you must buy them a cell phone for emergencies, get one with a low SAR number.

What about texting?

It's actually a safer way to communicate, says David O. Carpenter, MD, director of the Institute for Health and the Environment at the University at Albany. Since kids hold phones away from their bodies when texting, they're exposed to less radiation than when they have the phones to their ears. "We are very concerned about teen cell-phone use, fearing that we face an epidemic of brain tumors 10 to 20 years from now, and there are so few who are raising warning flags," says Dr. Carpenter. Make sure your teen keeps his cell phone turned off and stored in his backpack when it isn't in use, which will dramatically reduce exposure.

Natural Dengue Fever Remedy

This info I received via email:

Must read - Natural Dengue Fever Remedy

Good for sore throat as well...

Dengue Fever Remedy

I would like to share this interesting discovery from a classmate's son who has just recovered from dengue fever. Apparently, his son was in the critical stage at the ICU when his blood platelet count dropped to 15 after 15 liters of blood transfusion.

His father was so worried that he sought another friend's advice and his son was saved. He confessed to me that he give his son raw juice of papaya leaves. From a pallet count of 45 after 20 liters of blood transfusion, after drinking the raw papaya leaf juice, his pallet count jumped instantly to 135. Even the doctors and nurses were surprised. After the second day he was discharged. He asked me to pass this good news around.

Accordingly it is raw papaya leaves, 2 pieces just cleaned, pounded and squeezed with filter cloth. You will only get one tablespoon per leaf. So two tablespoons per serving once a day. Do not boil or cook or rinse with hot water, it will lose its strength. Only the leafy part and no stem or sap.. It is very bitter and you have to swallow it like 'Wong Low Kat'. But it works.

*Papaya Leaves Juice - Cure for Dengue*

A friend of mine had dengue last year. It was a very serious situation for her as her platelet count had dropped to 28,000 after 3 days in hospital and water started to fill up her lungs. She had difficulty in breathing. She was only 32-year old. Doctor said there's no cure for dengue. We just had to wait for her body immune system to build up resistance against dengue and fight its own battle. She already had 2 blood transfusions and all of us were praying very hard as her platelet continued to drop since the first day she was admitted.

Fortunately her mother-in-law heard that papaya juice would help to reduce the fever and got some papaya leaves, pounded them and squeeze the juice out for her. The next day, her platelet count started to increase, her fever subsided. We continued to feed her with papaya juice and she recovered after 3 days!!! Amazing but it's true. I found that it's also good when one is having sore throat.

Please spread the news about this as lately there are many dengue cases. It's great if such natural cure could help to ease the sufferings of dengue patients. Furthermore it's so easily available. Blend them and squeeze the juice! It's simple and miraculously effective!!

Hi, Please pass this around to as many contacts as possible cos it may save someones lives.

For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:

Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

Method of treatment

1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth , drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water …..interesting
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes
3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/ reduce main diseases:

1. High Blood Pressure - 30 days
2. Gastric - 10 days
3. Diabetes - 30 days
4. Constipation - 10 days
5. Cancer - 180 days
6. TB - 90 days
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards - daily.

This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.

It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life.

Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.

This makes sense, the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals.. not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain…

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.

It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
Once this “sludge” reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks: Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let’s be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive…

Tips to Help You Fall Asleep

These days, most people have trouble sleeping; if you don't, you're probably retired. Many people have turned to sleeping pills, but contrary to popular belief, you don't need 'scripts’ to fall asleep easily. There are a few good tips I've learned over the years that I use whenever I have trouble going to sleep.

TIPS 1

DO NOT THINKING ABOUT TOMORROW IN YOUR BED. If you are kept up at night thinking about stuff you have to do the next day, it helps to write out everything you need to do on a sheet of paper to keep your mind off it.

TIPS 2

GET PREPARED FOR TOMORROW. Parallel to idea above, have everything you need for the next day done ahead of time. Lay out your outfit, make your lunch if need be, or pack your book bag/briefcase so it's ready to go in the morning. Having everything ready for the next day puts you more at ease and helps you relax.

TIPS 3

NO EXERCISE. If you exercise, make sure you do it earlier in the day, preferably after school or work; if you're a real trooper, you can work out early in the morning before you start your day, but that's mainly just for morning people. Having a good work out early in the day helps get out the extra energy your body may be storing so it's easier to fall asleep at night.

TIPS 4

AVOID CAFFEIN. Don't drink any caffeinated drinks after 5pm. Most experts say to not drink caffeine 8 hours before bed, but for me that just isn't plausible since I usually have a cup of coffee around 4 or 5pm and sometimes sneak a Coke at dinner. Caffeine can have a huge impact on whether or not you can fall asleep, so try not to drink it at night if you can.

TIPS 5

NO TV / COMPUTER. Stay away from the computer or TV before going to sleep. Staying up watching TV or playing a video will most likely be the cause of you seeing those images even after you close your eyes to sleep. Reading is the best thing to do before bed, preferably a magazine that you can browse. Fortune magazine puts me right out.

TIPS 6

MELATONIN. Melatonin is a substance that is naturally produced in your body that makes you feel sleepy. Thanks to the advances in today's society, melatonin now comes in a bottle. For me personally, this is one of the best ways to fall asleep; you can pick up a bottle of this natural substance at your local drugstore. It comes in three different doses, so use your discretion in selecting the one right for you.

Hopefully these tips will help you as much as they've helped me when it comes to falling asleep. So next time you find yourself tossing and turning in bed, think about my advice before you reach for a possibly habit forming and sleep-walking inducing bottle of pills.

Hemorrhoids Cream - How to Find the Right One

Hemorrhoids creams and ointments are the first treatment choice for many of the millions of people who suffer from the painful burning and itching of hemorrhoids. Creams provide fast relief and are inexpensive and easy to obtain at any pharmacy or grocery store. There is also a wide selection of brands and ingredients available, including medicated and all-natural products. The following information provides answers to some of the most common questions people have about hemorrhoids cream.

What kind of hemorrhoids cream should I use?

You have many options here; there are lots of brands of hemorrhoid cream available, and a variety of different ingredients in each. Most creams contain an astringent, an anesthetic, or both to provide immediate relief and help soothe burning pain and itching. Effective ingredients include pramoxine hydrochloride, hydrocortisone, shark liver oil, witch hazel, petrolatum, and phenylephrine HCL, just to name a few. The choice is yours; try a few different products out and see which one provides the best results for you.

How do I use hemorrhoids cream?

Hemorrhoids creams are applied using either your fingers or an applicator that's included with the product packaging. The affected area must first be cleaned using warm water and mild soap, and then blotted dry using toilet paper or a cloth. Next you can apply the cream to the affected area; be sure to thoroughly read the instructions on the packaging to find out if the cream can be used both externally and internally.

What are the advantages of cream? What are the disadvantages?

The main advantage of using it is that it provides immediate relief in most cases. Most creams contain astringents and anesthetics, they immediately alleviate the itching and pain for hemorrhoid sufferers. Additionally, they are widely available and can be purchased over-the-counter inexpensively. The only real disadvantage of using hemorrhoids cream is that the relief is temporary. Creams work only to alleviate symptoms, not to heal or remove the hemorrhoid, so results typically only last a few hours. In some cases, people may experience side effects from using creams, but these situations are rare.

Where can I get hemorrhoid cream and how much does it cost?

Hemorrhoids cream can be purchased at any drugstore and most groceries and major retailers. Chains like CVS, Walgreens, Target, and Wal-Mart all carry a variety of creams, so finding a product that works for you shouldn't be a problem. Creams are also relatively inexpensive, with most ranging from $3 to $10 depending on the brand and the size of the tube.

If you're suffering from the pains of hemorrhoids and are looking for a fast, easy treatment, then head to a store near you and check out the different creams available. You can also talk to your doctor about which hemorrhoids cream might work best for you. You should begin to feel relief immediately, but if you notice any added itching, pain, or other discomfort, discontinue use immediately and contact your doctor to make sure you're not having an allergic reaction to any of the cream's ingredients.

In addition to these factors, an existence of bad relationships, lack of achieving goals in life and many other factors may also contribute to this disorder.

Among people, women are prone to depression compared to men. This is due to the fact that there are a lot of hormonal and psychological factors that are unique only to women and not to men hence women having a higher depression rate. When these factors occur, they sometimes affect a part of the brain that usually controls a person's emotions and moods. For example, during pregnancy, women undergo a lot of hormonal changes and at times this make them to be more aggressive and appear harsh most of the times. The same thing cannot be said about men. The rare occasions of depression cases in men usually occur due to external factors such as office work, financial constraints or a business deal gone bad. For this reason, depression episodes in men seem to exist for a shorter period as compared to women.

On the other hand, children and adolescents can also suffer from depression episodes. In children, the signs may be pretending to be sick, refusal to go to school, always being negative about things and the child always clinging himself to the parent. When left untreated, child depression may be a major cause of other mental disorders in future. For adolescents, depression occurs at a time of great personal change in their bodies. This is when the young men and women want to have a distinctive identity from their parents, try to cope with peer pressure and are trying to make decisions for their lives for the first time. If adolescent depression is not attended to by parents or professionals, it may result in the teenager being naughty at school or even committing suicide when it comes to the extremes.

Today, there are different types of depression conditions that occur to people around the globe depending on the type of situation the person is in at that moment.

Manic depression, sometimes known as bipolar disorder, is one type of depression that makes you appear moody all the time. Most of the time, the condition takes place when things seem not to go the way you want them to go. The condition makes you not to socialize with others and tend to keep to yourself most of the time. For those who know you, they may refer to you as being rude during the period when you are experiencing this type of depression. This situation may stay with you for a couple of days or weeks before you return to normalcy.

Another type of depression is the postpartum depression. This condition occurs in new mothers who have just given birth. The mothers tend to keep away from their babies and always avoid them whenever they can. The depression is usually onset by hormonal changes that occur after the mother has given birth. Unlike manic depression, this type of depression may take about six months or a few months of professional help for the condition to ultimately heal.

The other type of depression is the one termed as Seasonal depression. This type of occurs recursively according to seasonal patterns. For example, during winter seasons, younger people may be seen to be moody most of the times but when spring comes, depression cases go away. This pattern will keep on continuing since the season in which people are mostly found to be depressed will always come. This condition mostly takes place in young people and also in northern climates.

Student Loan Calculator

Finding A Student Loan Payment Calculator

You must be thinking, what the heck is a student loan payment calculator and where do I find one? Have they actually manufactured a special calculator just for student loans? Before you head to the student book store, let us be clear that to date there is no student loan calculator on the market. It is simply a software program for student borrowers to give themselves an idea on how they will manage their loan repayments.

In order to get a clearer picture of what a student loan calculator does, you must fully familiarize yourself with the concept of a student loan. A student loan is basically a form of financial funding in order for college students to pursue their dreams of getting their most coveted college degrees.

Such kind of financial help can come from a variety of lenders and they also come with different sets of terms and conditions, interest rates and repayment terms. Because of this, the student borrower must plan ahead on how the regular monthly repayments of his student loans will be structured. Think of the loan payment calculator as a repayment planner for student debts. In fact there is no difference between a regular loan payment calculator and one used just for student loans.

To get an estimate of how much your regular student loan payments will be, the repayment planner for student debts/payment calculator will compute them for you based on the variables present. These three variables will come in the form of the principal loan amount (total money borrowed), loan interest rates that apply and the payment terms or number of monthly repayments the borrower is willing to make in order pay the loan in full.

Once the three variables are taken into consideration, the loan payment calculator will give a helpful approximation of how much your monthly loan repayments should be. Remember this is just an estimate to help you in your planning for loan repayments.

The loan repayment calculator will also give you an idea of how much the actual interest charges you are paying and how much your targeted minimum salary should be in order to have sufficient cash flow ri live on and still make your payments.

There are a lot of good loan repayment calculators you can choose from online. There are many easy to manage programs which will help you get a bigger picture of personal loan management. If you find that you still have some questions you have regarding your student loans, it is best to meet up with your loan servicing institution or loan provider to get an accurate estimate of your loan payment schedule.

So despite all the hype there really are no student loan payment calculators. If find someone who is selling one then you should assume it is a scam. You can get all the loan payment estimates by just using an on line loan calculator.

Fungus Nails Can Make a Person Self Conscious

This is a condition which can make the person very self conscious and is rather difficult to treat at the same time. This is because the fungus which is an organism called Dermatophytes starts living off the protein in the nail which is keratin. The nail starts looking patchy and discolored and this infection spreads to the rest of the nails. Sometimes the fungus affects the skin around the nails too. This condition is brought on by moist and warm conditions such as wet and sweaty socks and shoes. The fungus infection could also be brought about by in growing nails and incorrect ways of cutting the nails. Persons, who have a lower immunity because of poor circulation, are HIV positive and those who have diabetes are more prone to nail fungus.

During the early stages the nail is discolored and may have white patches on it or may have horizontal yellow streaks on it. Later the nail gets deformed and becomes thick and could crumble and split. There is a foul smell in the nail too.

A person should see the doctor when they notice signs of nail fungus such as brittle nails that slit easily, suddenly develop in growing toe nails, suffer with secondary infection with the in growing toe nail, have a lot of discomfort when wearing shoes and if they still neglect the condition may have to have the nail removed. Of course the nail will grow back, but why allow the condition to deteriorate to this extent in the first place.

What one needs is a diagnosis as early as possible. This can be done with diagnostic tests which will help a chiropodist to give the proper and effective treatment. Some of the treatments that the chiropodists advise are medications and a nail lacquer to treat such conditions. The nail would be cut in a suitable way and nail grinders may be used for this purpose and the in growing toe nails could be removed surgically. The chiropodist will advise the patient the proper way to trim the nail also. However it takes almost a year to cure nail fungus effectively.
